If we are impressed with your CV and feel we have some opportunities suitable for you we will contact you for a 5-10 minute telephone interview where we will assess your suitability for a career in media sales. If we feel we don't have any suitable job opportunities for you we will be honest with you! That's not to say you might not be right for media sales per se, but just that we need to feel confident in matching you with our clients - after all, it's YOUR happiness that is our priority...

The next step is a face to face interview with us which will be more thorough and will involve in-depth questioning about your education, previous work experience and reasons why you are interested in media sales. It will also involve a subjective analysis of your potential sales ability. This interview will also be a chance for you to elaborate on why you feel you are perfect for a career in Media Sales! It is also a chance for us here to get to know you a bit better (and you us!) and to gauge whether or not we have any suitable media sales opportunities available for you at that time.

Whether we think you're our perfect candidate or not we will be honest and tell you. If not we won't just send you on your way! We are constructive about why we don't put forward some candidates. We give advice on where you could improve, what you need to do to achieve this, and we will always be happy to hear from you again further down the line if you still wish to pursue your media sales career.

If you impress at the meeting with us we will put you forward to our client's for interviews. Don't panic, we are always here to offer you as much interview advice as you need.
